What You’ll Do

Manage and follow a full panel of hematology/oncology patients
Conduct treatment visits, follow-ups, and occasional new patient appointments
Collaborate closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
Coordinate care plans for patients with complex co-morbidities
Adjust and administer outpatient infusions and treatments
Support patient education and ongoing symptom management
Maintain thorough documentation and compliance with clinical standards

What You Need
Required:

Valid Nurse Practitioner licensure
3-5 years Hematology/Oncology experience
Strong coordination and patient management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred:

Experience in outpatient infusion settings
Excellent communication skills
Compassionate approach to patient care
