* for a Full-Time Clinical Supervisor, RN for Night Shifts!

While on duty is authorized and designated by the Chief Clinical Officer (CCO) to assume overall responsibility for clinical nursing practice. Provides for continuity in decision making and consistency innursing practice by assuring that nursing and hospital standards and objectives are met. Acts as a resource and support person for the nursing staff.

Represents administration during any event occurring their absence.

Embrace sand demands a culture of professionalism and accountability. Responsible for fostering a positive milieu. Keeps CCO and CEO apprised of situations thatmay place facility vides direct patient care as required based onstaffing and patient acuity. Communicates with physicians/CCO/co-workers, as appropriate about changes in patient’s clinical condition.

Responds quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment.

Shift Differentials paid for Night and Weekend Shifts.

Sign-On Bonus is offered as per the terms of an Employment Assistance Agreement with a 2-year minimum commitment.

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Louisiana Registered Nurse (RN) Licensure in good standing.
• One
  -two years rehab or med-surg experience or training
• CRRNCertification preferred
• BLSCertification.
• Abilityto read and communicate effectively and positively in English.
• Possess excellent interpersonal and positive human relation skills
