What You’ll Do

• Manage a full panel of hematology/oncology patients, including treatment visits, follow-ups, and new patient assessments
• Coordinate care for patients with co-morbidities in a high-volume, complex practice setting
• Follow chemotherapy and biotherapy sessions, ensuring safety and quality care
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes
• Document clinical findings and treatment plans accurately in the electronic health record
• Participate in routine practice management and quality improvement initiatives

What You Need
Required:

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in Louisiana
• 3–5 years of Hematology/Oncology clinical experience
• Strong assessment, coordination, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Experience following a full panel of complex patients

Join a well-established outpatient clinic in Lafayette, Louisiana, specializing in hematology and oncology care.
