- Required
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. - Preferred
- Bachelor s degree in nursing.
- Required – 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse.
- ICU Experience , EPIC documentation
- Required
- Current RN License in the state of practice - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
- Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from the American Heart Association
- Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) certification - 12 month blue card from Crisis Prevention Institute
- Current NIH Certification
- Preferred
- Certification in clinical specialty area

- Exerting 50 to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 25 to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or 10 to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects. The constant stress and strain of maintaining a production rate pace
