Position Overview

PCMS is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality & Performance Coordinator to join our Operations team. This position is ideal for someone with leadership potential, housekeeping experience, quality assurance experience, or healthcare environmental services experience.

The Quality & Performance Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring our facilities consistently meet PCMS quality standards by conducting inspections, verifying training, supporting operations, resolving customer concerns, and helping facilities remain inspection‑ready every day.

What You'll Do
  • Conduct facility inspections and quality rounds to identify deficiencies before complaints occur.
  • Verify new hire training and provide coaching to employees and facility leaders.
  • Support daytime onboarding and employee development initiatives.
  • Complete and review inspections and communicate findings to leadership.
  • Perform customer walk‑throughs and maintain positive customer relationships.
  • Identify recurring issues and assist leadership with corrective action plans.
  • Monitor facility performance and support operational improvement initiatives.
  • Assist facilities during operational challenges and help maintain PCMS White‑Glove Standards.
  • Partner with Operations leadership on quality improvement projects and special assignments.
Qualifications
  • Previous housekeeping, floor care, environmental services, or quality assurance experience preferred.
  • Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Comfortable using technology, including mobile apps and Microsoft Office.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to travel between assigned facilities.
  • Must successfully pass a background check and drug screen.
