Key Responsibilities- Wash dishes at a high quality that meets restaurant standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, refrigerators, cooking equipment, walls, and floors.
- Work efficiently in a fast‑paced kitchen, maintaining a high level of energy.
- Handle a variety of kitchen tasks, including food preparation, cooking, and cleaning.
- Follow all food safety regulations and procedures, including proper handling and storage of food, to prevent contamination.
- Use kitchen equipment and appliances safely, perform basic maintenance, and report malfunctions to management.
- Work closely with other kitchen team members and communicate effectively to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Take pride in crafting exceptional dishes and delivering a memorable dining experience.
- Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities that may change.
- Able to work a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends, and travel as needed for work‑related functions and training.
- 1+ year restaurant experience.
- Must complete all required Off The Hook company training programs.
- Must be 16 years of age or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
- Possess a valid driver’s license.
