Overview
Position summary and responsibilities include providing Member service, assisting with purchases, resolving issues, and promoting company products and services. The role includes processing member purchases, payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges; providing Pharmacy products and services per company policies; stocking and securing Pharmacy supplies; entering prescription information and maintaining required documentation; and maintaining the Pharmacy area and related records.
Employee responsibilities also involve prioritizing tasks using company policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and partners; communicating progress; identifying improvement opportunities; and adapting to change, difficulties, and feedback. Adherence to company policies, procedures, and ethics is required, including the Open Door Policy and related business practices.
Responsibilities- Provide Member service by acknowledging needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products and services.
- Operate hardware (e.g., cash registers) and process member purchases, payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges using appropriate procedures for different membership and payment types.
- Provide Pharmacy products and services by processing prescription and OTC orders, stocking and securing supplies, entering prescriptions, and maintaining required documentation.
- Receive and stock merchandise in the Pharmacy area, organize and maintain the space, follow company procedures, and document activities and logs as required.
- Complete work assignments by prioritizing tasks, communicating progress, and collaborating with stakeholders; identify opportunities for improvement and adapt to change and feedback.

The hourly wage range for this position is $21.00 - $25.00, with actual pay meeting or exceeding the minimum wage for the location. Premiums may be paid for certain schedules, facilities, or work performed, and multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
