Position: Assistant Store Manager (Full-time) - Lafayette, LA
Hibbett Sports -  - Responsibilities:
Assist the Store Manager in selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.;
Supervise staff in the Store Manager's absence and provide guidance to employees and customers in all departments.;
Assist in personnel recruiting, training, and evaluation.;
Maintain knowledge of inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to support store profitability.;
Ensure extraordinary customer service and adherence to company policies and procedures.
