O'Reilly Automotive - - Responsibilities:
Greet retail and installer customers and assist with merchandise selection;
Provide excellent service to customers calling the store and looking up parts, quoting prices, and offering related items;
Process cash, checks, and credit card transactions and manage the cash drawer;
Perform daily store operational tasks including stocking, planogram updates, and inventory counts;
Perform in-store services for customers (e.g., install wipers, test batteries, scan vehicle codes) and occasional deliveries as needed
