We are looking for best‑in‑class merchandisers who enjoy creating product displays and store layouts that are appealing to consumers. Merchandisers are part of a Service Execution Team (SET) and are assigned to specific customer accounts close to home. The merchandisers’ mission is to establish a great rapport and relationship with our customers by delivering exceptional service.

• Neatly merchandise displays and shelves and properly rotate products on the shelves.
• Work with customers to ensure shelves are stocked, moving products from the backroom and stocking products on the shelves and coolers.
• Maintain an efficient and accurate merchandising service schedule, which includes driving to multiple customer stores throughout the shift.

• Must be at least 18 years of age (21 years preferred).
• Valid Louisiana driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Provide own reliable personal vehicle for business use.
• Successful completion of a drug test, MVR check, and general background check.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent customer relations skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under direction.
• Ability to bend, move, and climb in high, low, and tight areas to merchandise shelves and coolers and stock displays.
• Report to work on a regular and timely basis, and ensure that work responsibilities are covered when absent.
• Availability to work some weekends or holidays and extended hours may be required as service needs dictate.
• Have a personal email account and access to the internet.
• Observe safety and security procedures, use equipment and materials properly.
• Able to continuously lift/carry at least 50 lbs. and push/pull heavy loads at least 240 lbs.
• Able to maneuver a dolly effectively.
• Minimum of one year of merchandising experience in DSD industry preferred.
• Consumer product industry sales experience preferred.
