Falcon Farms Inc. is seeking a Merchandising Supervisor to manage 5–9 merchandisers across a regional territory, spending about 80% of time in the field. You will coach teams, ensure adherence to the Picture of Success in each retail location, and adapt to changing priorities to meet business goals.
You will supervise retail partners, analyze store data, and coordinate resources to maintain excellent customer service and product presentation across 20–30 locations.
