Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video gaming needs;
Fully support the overall shopping environment and contribute to store sales initiatives during the holiday season;
Collaborate with the store team to maintain cleanliness, organization, and merchandising per company guidelines;
Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise and ensure products are well-presented;
Meet sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals and address guest questions promptly
