Dick's Sporting Goods -  - Responsibilities:
Deliver an outstanding athlete experience by proactively engaging athletes to understand shopping needs and provide clear, accurate product information;
Drive sales through product and services recommendations based on athlete needs;
Assist with onboarding and training of new and existing team members on store best practices and operational processes;
Serve as a go-to expert in designated process categories to ensure smooth execution and high productivity;
Maintain merchandising and presentation standards including floor sets, signage, price changes, inventory presentation, and replenishment;
Promote and drive customer participation in company programs such as loyalty, warranties, and private label enrollment;
Create an inclusive store environment where teammates and athletes are welcomed and treated with respect;
Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures and comply with external laws/guidelines
