Assistant Manager

Hibbett Sports -  - Responsibilities:
Assist the Store Manager in selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling to accomplish departmental and store goals;
Supervise staff in the Store Manager's absence and provide guidance to employees;
Maintain awareness of inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to ensure profitability across departments;
Provide outstanding customer service and promote merchandise in stores;
Protect company assets and internal controls; ensure accurate financial information and communicate potential fraud risk to management
