La-Z-Boy Lafayette is seeking a dynamic Sales Consultant to join our team. You will drive store sales by showcasing furniture and design services, while delivering outstanding customer experiences.
You’ll promote our Design program, assist designers, and maintain product knowledge to close sales and build lasting relationships. Training pay is $15/hr for 2-6 weeks with no commissions; post-training base pay starts at $12/hr plus uncapped commissions.
