Job Overview

Become a part‑time HP Retail Sales Associate at Best Buy 347 in Lafayette, LA. Pay is $16.00 per hour with up to 15 hours per week, preferably on Saturdays and Sundays. Flexible Friday options may be available.

• Demonstrate HP products to customers and tailor demos to their needs.
• Engage with customers, build rapport, and create a memorable experience.
• Maintain professional relationships with store management and staff.
• Train store associates on HP products and services.
• Maintain displays for cleanliness, functionality, and demo‑readiness.
• Report sales and competitive insights.
• Guide customers to displays, assess needs, and recommend products.
• Provide information on products and services to help customers make selections.
• Accurately document and report sales.
• Ensure workstation/kiosk is clean, organized, and presentable.
• Submit all paperwork completely and accurately.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

• Regular and prompt attendance.
• Meet established monthly/weekly sales quota/goals.
• Customer/client satisfaction based on rejection percentage and substantiated complaints.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least six months of prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team environment.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
