- $55/day tax-free per diem
- Company-paid local lodging
- Opportunity to transition from seasonal to full-time permanent employment
Monday-Friday (with occasional overtime as needed)
Start Time: 7:00 AM
End Time: When the day's installations are complete
As a Seasonal Lead Installer, you'll lead residential HVAC installation projects while delivering outstanding workmanship and customer service.
Responsibilities include:
- Install high-quality HVAC systems safely and efficiently
- Lead and mentor installation team members on the job
- Maintain communication with dispatch, warehouse, management, and support teams
- Complete all required paperwork accurately
- Keep your company vehicle clean and organized
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards
- Participate in ongoing training to continue growing your skills
- Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC installation experience
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong leadership and communication skillsEPA certification (or willingness to obtain—we'll help)
- Ability to lift equipment and work in residential environments
