Equipment Share is hiring a Heavy Equipment Shop Technician (Mechanic) for our Lafayette, LA facility. The role involves maintaining and repairing a wide range of heavy equipment and aerial lifts, using diagnostics, and working with a data-driven service system.
You’ll join a team that values safety, efficiency, and hands-on problem solving. Expect to work Monday–Friday 7:00 AM–5:00 PM with overtime and on-call compensation.
