TWIC Laborers – Up to $25/hr – Lafayette, LA
PCL Construction is hiring Skilled Laborers in Lafayette, LA, for full-time work involving mechanical, concrete, and demolition tasks. The role requires a TWIC Card and offers hands‑on work with tools and equipment in an industrial construction setting. Ideal candidates are experienced, safety‑conscious, and ready for physically demanding tasks.

- Experience with rebar, concrete, formwork, and mechanical tasks
- Ability to climb ladders, work in confined spaces, and lift throughout the day
- Tools: measuring tape, speed square, Torpedo level, spud wrench, sledgehammer, flat pry bar
- Must work in extreme temperatures and tight spaces
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Experience using core drills, mag drills, hammer drills
- Ability to read and interpret site instructions and measurements
- Safe and independent work ethic
