Builders Supply, A CRH company, is seeking Fleet Mechanics to join their team in Louisiana. These professionals will perform repairs and maintenance on a variety of mobile equipment, including ready mix trucks and front end loaders, across multiple plant locations. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, mechanically skilled, and eager to support the infrastructure needs of the region.

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum 2 years of mobile equipment maintenance experience
• Trade school or related mechanical/technical certification preferred
• Knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, electrical, transmissions, brakes, and drive lines
• Basic welding skills
• Ability to read and write in English Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
• Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Valid Commercial Driver License (CDL) and safe driving record preferred
• Ability to work 40 hours per week with overtime as needed
• Commitment to safety policies and procedures

• Ready Mix Maintenance experience
• Trade school or related mechanical/technical certification
