Duties and Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance on production machinery and equipment

Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues

Conduct preventative maintenance to reduce equipment downtime

Inspect equipment and identify potential problems or safety concerns

Repair or replace defective parts, components, or systems

Maintain accurate maintenance logs and service records

Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies

Assist with installation and setup of new equipment

Collaborate with production teams to support operational efficiency

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required; technical certification preferred2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment

Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills

Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems, gears, and 230v wiring

Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics

Basic computer skills for recordkeeping and reporting

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
