As a Service Plumber, you'll provide professional plumbing services while delivering an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities include:

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems
• Install and replace water heaters, faucets, fixtures, toilets, disposals, and other plumbing components
• Repair leaks, replace piping, and complete plumbing system upgrades
• Troubleshoot plumbing issues and recommend long-term solutions
• Prepare estimates and clearly explain repair and replacement options to homeowners
• Complete service documentation accurately using company technology
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment
• Communicate effectively with customers, dispatch, and office staff throughout the day
• Follow plumbing codes, company standards, and safety procedures
• Assist in mentoring apprentice plumbers and supporting team development as opportunities arise

We're seeking dependable plumbing professionals who enjoy solving problems, providing exceptional customer service, and continuously developing their technical skills.

Qualified candidates should have:

• At least 2 years of residential plumbing service experience
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Experience repairing, maintaining, and installing residential plumbing systems
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple service calls
• Experience reading plumbing diagrams and system layouts is beneficial
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Willingness to participate in overtime and on-call schedules as business needs require

A plumbing license is preferred but not required for candidates with strong residential service experience.
