HVAC Service Technician​/Installer

We are seeking a motivated and skilled HVAC Service Technician/Installer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing a wide range of heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), and mechanical systems. Your expertise will ensure our clients experience optimal comfort and system efficiency. • Install, service, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioning units, heaters, and other mechanical devices associated with the trade.
• Read and interpret schematics, technical diagrams, and HVAC design plans to accurately execute system installations and repairs.
• Diagnose electrical issues using diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters and perform electrical troubleshooting on HVAC/R equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance on mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency.
• Troubleshoot complex equipment problems related to refrigerant, plumbing, electrical systems, and mechanical components.
• Conduct field service visits to client sites for system installation, repairs, maintenance, and property upkeep.
• Provide excellent customer service by explaining system issues clearly and recommending appropriate solutions while maintaining professionalism at all times.

• Proven construction experience with the ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Service technician experience working with HVAC/R systems or related mechanical equipment.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC design principles, installation procedures, and maintenance practices.
• Familiarity with plumbing systems, refrigeration processes including all current and past refrigerants.
• Proficiency in electrical diagnostics using tools like ohmmeters; ability to troubleshoot electrical faults effectively.
• Mechanical knowledge of system components such as compressors, fans, pumps, valves, VRF systems and controls
• Skilled in using hand tools and power tools necessary for installation and repair tasks.
• Ability to read technical manuals and schematics accurately; detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on clear communication and client satisfaction.
