Salesforce CRM Developer

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of Salesforce solutions to support core business processes
• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce customizations including Custom Objects, Fields, Page Layouts, Lightning Components, Apex Classes, Triggers, and Batch Jobs
• Own all Salesforce-driven business processes including support, maintenance, documentation, user training, and ongoing enhancements
• Troubleshoot and resolve data integrity issues, performance bottlenecks, and scalability concerns within Salesforce
• Collaborate with Product Team/Owner and business analysts to optimize reporting, automation, and user workflows
• Champion process improvement initiatives and stay up to date with Salesforce platform releases, new features, and industry best practices

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years of experience in Salesforce application development and deployment
• 2+ years of experience in Apex, Lightning Components, and Java Script
• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I, Platform App Builder, or Salesforce Administrator are a plus.
• Strong experience with the Salesforce platform including Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, Salesforce APIs and integration best practices
• Experience working with large-scale Salesforce implementations (250+ users)
• Proficient with Agile/Scrum project methodologies and tools
