Acadiana Movers is hiring dependable, hardworking people to join our moving crew in Lafayette, LA. Whether you're looking to start as a Crew Member or you bring driving experience and want to step into a Driver role, we have a place for you.

We don't care if you've never touched a moving pad. We care that you show up on time, work hard, treat people right, and want to build something. We'll teach you the rest.

• Load, transport, and deliver residential and commercial moves safely and efficiently
• Protect customer belongings with professional packing, padding, and securing techniques
• Communicate clearly with customers and crew throughout every job
• Represent Acadiana Movers with professionalism and integrity at every stop

• Safely operate company trucks (16–26 ft box trucks) on local and long-distance routes
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Lead your crew on-site: manage time, customer communication, and job quality
• Maintain compliance with all DOT/FMCSA regulations and company safety standards

• Reliable transportation to and from work daily
• Valid driver's license (CDL or Chauffeur's license preferred for Driver track)
• Working, reliable cell phone
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work full days in Louisiana heat
• Clean background — willing to submit to drug screening and background check
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and zero tolerance for cutting corners

• Clean MVR – no DUI/DWI, reckless driving, or license suspension in past 3 years
• 1+ years of driving experience (box truck, delivery, commercial – moving experience NOT required)
• Current DOT medical card (or willingness to obtain)
