Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Material Handling – Receiving, unloading, and storing parts and products in an organized manner within the warehouse. Storing parts in their designated locations in the inventory area.
• Inventory Management – Maintaining accurate records of inventory levels, tracking, stocking, and conducting regular cycle counts. Ensure that all finished products are used in a rotation, following the First In, First Out (FIFO) principle.
• Order Picking and Packing – Selecting items from stock to fulfill customer orders and prepare them to be issued to the assembly shop. Scanning completed documentation into the Company database.
• Quality Control – Provide outstanding service to our customers. Inspecting products to ensure they are not damaged, defective, or have any other discrepancies. Any issues are to be reported to the Quality department.
• Equipment and Operation – Safely operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment. Perform daily inspections on forklifts, cranes, and various other material‑handling equipment.
• Documentation – Maintain proper documentation on all orders, shipments, receipts, and inventory transactions. Scanning completed work orders into the company database.
• Safety – Adhering to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment. Participate in the company’s Sharp Card Program. Report any injuries, accidents, or unsafe conditions to a Manager or Safety Coordinator immediately.
• Cleaning and Maintenance – Keeping the warehouse clean and organized, and performing routine inspections on material‑handling equipment. (Forklift, crane, etc.)
• Teamwork – Collaborate with coworkers to meet productivity goals and ensure smooth warehouse operations.

Adhere to on‑call/off‑call work schedule, being available on short notice around the clock and on‑call week.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• High School Diploma/GED.
• 1‑3 years + Experience in warehousing.
• Familiarity with ERP systems is preferred.
• Forklift certification is also a plus.
• Basic understanding of MS Office products, Adobe PDF, and other computer programs.
