Our dedicated Logistics Operations team performs an array of duties such as receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from automated and manual stock locations, and sorting and packing orders.

Stuller is seeking dependable Temporary Logistics Associates to support these operations. Team members will help process incoming materials, fulfill customer orders, maintain inventory accuracy, and prepare orders for shipment. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in accuracy, organization, and teamwork.

• Receive, process, sort, and organize incoming products and materials.
• Pick, pull, count, and fill customer orders from inventory locations.
• Scan, group, verify, and confirm customer orders for shipment.
• Package products according to company quality and shipping standards.
• Identify products based on descriptions, labels, and system information.
• Inspect items for defects, damage, or quantity discrepancies.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with stock replenishment activities.
• Utilize warehouse systems, barcode scanners, and other technology to process work.
• Maintain productivity, quality, and accuracy standards while working in a fast-paced environment.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Collaborate with team members across logistics departments to meet customer and business needs.
• Follow all company safety procedures, policies, and operational guidelines.

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to accurately count, sort, and handle products and materials.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory and warehouse systems.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn multiple tasks within Logistics Operations.
• Reliable attendance and ability to meet departmental performance expectations.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials as required by the position.

• Previous warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, receiving, or logistics experience.
• Experience using barcode scanners, inventory systems, or warehouse management systems.
• Forklift or material handling equipment experience is a plus.
• Fast-paced warehouse and logistics environment.
• Frequent standing, walking, lifting, and repetitive hand movements.
• May work in Receiving, Fulfillment, Shipping, or other Logistics Operations areas based on business needs.
• Cross-training opportunities may be available across multiple logistics functions.
