NO 48 HOUR
BLOCK SCHEDULING POSSIBLE - PLEASE REQUEST WITH SUBMISSION
FLOATING POSSIBLE TO LONG TERM CARE

REQUIREMENTS:
BLS
IV CERT PREFERRED
NURSING HOME EXPERIENCE
TENNESSEE LPN LICENSE
Short Term Rehab and Long Term care Residents
Rounds, medication administration
Supervise CNAs
Wound care possible
AT LEAST 1 YEAR LONG TERM CARE EXPERIENCE
SKILLS - MEDICATION PASS AND PATIENT CARE
NUMBER OF BEDS - 17 on skilled and 55 on long term care This is primarily for Skilled
PATIENT RATIO - 1:17
SCRUBS - ROYAL BLUE
EMR - POINT CLICK CARE
