LPN - LTC

Skilled LPN Position - Rehab Center/Nursing Home

This is a 13-week contract position.

Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled LPN for an immediate opening in a Rehab Center/Nursing Home setting. The primary focus will be on providing bedside care to both short-term rehab and long-term care residents.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and manage care for residents.
• Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
• Perform rounds and ensure all patient care needs are met.
• Provide wound care as needed.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation using Point Click Care EMR.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• At least 1 year of experience in long-term care is required.
• Tennessee LPN license is mandatory.
• BLS certification is required; IV certification is preferred.
