LaGrange College seeks to fill an adjunct teaching position in statics and strength of materials in its new manufacturing engineering technology program. The course is expected to be offered in Spring 2026, and the need will be ongoing. The course description and number of credit hours are listed below.

METC 2330 Statics and Strength of Materials - Introduction to concurrent force analyses, stresses, strains and combined stresses in structures and machines components. (3 credits)

Preference will be given to those who can teach in person, although applications from remote instructors will be considered. A minimum of a master's degree in a relevant engineering field is preferred, although those with significant professional experience will be considered.
