Wellstar Health System - - - Responsibilities:
Provide patient care under the direction of the RN, including hygiene, nutrition, elimination, and physical comfort measures.;
Assist with direct patient admission and support data entry for key patient safety information.;
Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare team using AIDET and safety communication techniques.;
Transport unit supplies, patient care supplies, medications and equipment as assigned.;
Respond to call lights promptly and escalate patient concerns to the charge nurse when needed.
