RN - IMC Inpatient

• Work 12-hour shifts: 2:00 PM to 2:00 AM or 1:00 AM to 1:00 PM
• Must be able to work various days of the week
• Every third weekend required
• Minimum 2 major and 2 minor holidays required
• No on-call responsibilities
• Must have experience caring for IMCU patients
• May float to Med/Surg if needed
• Provide direct patient care using the nursing process and evidence-based practice
• Deliver relationship-based patient centered care adapted to population-specific characteristics
• Coordinate safe quality patient care and timely documentation
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and patient teaching
• Complete initial and ongoing professional competency assessments and mandatory education
• Required certifications: RN license (Single State or Multi-state Compact), BLS, ACLS (within 180 days)
• Associates, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in Nursing required
• Direct patient care experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal, collaborative, and customer service skills required
• Ability to function in fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies
