• Provide one‑on‑one ABA therapy to children with autism
• Accurately collect and document behavioral data
• Follow behavior intervention plans created by BCBAs
• Support daily living skills (ADLs) and promote independence
• Safely manage and respond to challenging behaviors

• Hourly pay: $18–$23 (based on experience and certification)
• Full‑time position: 40 hours per week
• Flexible schedule between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM

• No experience required; willingness to complete paid training and obtain RBT certification
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain
• Passion for working with children
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
