Essential Functions:

• Assist patients with activities of daily living such as personal hygiene, ambulation/transfers, dressing/shaving.
• Prepare meals and snacks according to instructions.
• Accompany patients on errands or medical appointments.
• Perform light housekeeping activities.
• Provide patient-specific care as taught by a Right at Home nurse, including hospice support, medication reminders, range of motion exercises, blood glucose monitoring, and care for bed-bound and incontinent patients.
• Use lifting equipment such as gait belts and Hoyer lifts.

Preferred Experience:
