• Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource optimization.
• Ensure successful survey readiness and regulatory compliance, maintaining a strong record of surveys.
• Provide effective leadership to staff, foster a positive culture, and develop talent.
• Collaborate with corporate and field-based teams to execute strategic initiatives.

• Georgia Licensed Nursing Home Administrator.
