• Perform physical therapy evaluations and develop plans of care

• Support early mobility and patient progression during hospitalization
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on patient care and discharge planning
• Educate patients and families on treatment and safety
• Maintain accurate, compliant clinical documentation

• Education, Experience, Training:
  Bachelor/Master’s/Doctorate/Certificate degree in Physical Therapy
• Current state Physical Therapy license
• Current BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and ongoing maintenance
