Travel Physical Therapist

Job Overview

TNAA Total Med Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for an immediate placement in LaGrange, Georgia. The assignment is 13 weeks, 40 hours per week, 8‑hour days.

• Evaluate, develop, and execute a plan of care for a variety of patient populations in the acute care setting.
• Oversee supervising PTAs and support staff (therapy technicians).
• Bill within the setting, following facility guidelines.
• Understand and comply with the PT board’s rules and regulations in the state.
• Interface with medical center personnel and physicians to ensure a team‑focused plan of care.
• Understand and use adaptive equipment.
• Modify plan of care as indicated based on patient’s condition.
• Use the medical center computer systems for daily tasks.
• Provide timely and accurate documentation following state and/or insurance guidelines.

• Minimum 6 months of experience (1 year preferred); new graduates encouraged.
• BLS certification.
• State‑specific licensing.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lean, or stoop for long periods without difficulty.
• Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.

Pay package based on 8‑hour shifts and 40 hours per week, tax‑free stipend to be determined.
