Start date:

Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, organize, and participate in rehabilitative programs to restore or improve function in ADLs, functional mobility, cognition, strength, coordination, and range of motion for patients with disease or injury
  • Deliver services across the full continuum of care in a cost‑conscious, quality‑focused, patient‑centered manner
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory standards and documentation requirements
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans
  • Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, progress, and prognosis; monitor progress and adjust goals accordingly
  • Maintain accurate records of interventions, progress, and outcomes; communicate changes to supervising clinicians
Requirements
  • Active Occupational Therapist license or eligibility as required in the practicing jurisdiction
  • Graduate of an accredited OT program; degree appropriate for professional practice
  • Experience in acute care or hospital‑based rehabilitation settings preferred
  • Ability to work daytime, 12‑hour shifts; 36 hours per week
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills; commitment to regulatory compliance and patient‑centered care
