Paraprofessional - Behavior Technician - Registered Behavior Technician - $18-$24​/hr - M-F 3:45

THE BASICS

Pay: $18-$24 per hour

Monday‑Friday (no weekends), 3:45 PM‑7:30 PM, with a client.

Provide one‑on‑one ABA services to clients in homes, schools, daycares, and community settings. Engage in enjoyable, client‑centered sessions. Collect data and write detailed session notes to track progress.

• Valid RBT certification or willingness to earn within 30 days
• Experience as an RBT/BT
• Proficiency in collecting data and writing comprehensive session notes
• Comfort working in various settings with different clients
• Associate, bachelor’s, or advanced degree encouraged
