Crossroads Treatment Centers in LaGrange, GA seeks an in-center Substance Abuse Counselor to provide counseling for opioid use disorder and support MAT-based treatment in our outpatient clinic.
Responsibilities include clinical assessments, treatment planning, care coordination, and coordinating with nurses and providers. Expect a 37–40 hour week with early shifts and Saturday rotation, serving underserved populations.
