This travel Physical Therapist job in LaGrange, GA with Advantis Medical is a 13-week travel Physical Therapist contract at Bench Mark Physical Therapy. This role pays $1,928 per week and follows a Days shift with a 5x8 schedule.
In this travel Physical Therapist job, you will support patient care through specialty-specific clinical services, perform assessments and treatments within your scope of practice, document patient progress, operate relevant medical equipment, and collaborate with physicians and the broader care team to help deliver quality patient outcomes.

Responsibilities- Evaluate patients and establish individualized treatment plans and functional goals
- Deliver therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and gait and mobility training across a varied caseload
- Reassess progress and adjust each plan of care to keep patients advancing toward their goals
- Direct and collaborate with Physical Therapist Assistants and the interdisciplinary care team
Bench Mark Physical Therapy is an outpatient therapy network in the Upstream Rehabilitation family — 350-plus clinics across 12 states — built around orthopedic and sports rehab with a defined clinician-development pathway.
- Full-service outpatient therapy: physical and occupational therapy, hand therapy, orthopedics, sports PT, plus neurologic, geriatric, pediatric, and pelvic-health care (services vary by clinic)
- Orthopedic and sports caseload — pre/post-surgical and total-joint rehab, return-to-performance, with concussion and vestibular programs
- Hands-on specialty skills across the network: manual therapy, dry needling, IASTM, blood flow restriction, ART, and aquatic therapy (availability varies by clinic)
- Clinician development through the Upstream Rehab Institute, including an orthopedic residency, plus the Journey by Upstream national travel-therapy program
- Strong fit for PT, PTA, OT, and OTA travelers who want clinic-based, community outpatient ortho and sports rehab
