Role Description

This is an on-site contract role for a Housekeeping Supervisor at Carver Hotel Group, located in LaGrange, GA. The Housekeeping Supervisor will oversee daily cleaning operations and laundry services, ensure that all rooms and common areas meet cleanliness standards, and manage a team of housekeeping staff. Responsibilities include training and supervising team members, conducting inspections, addressing guest service requests, and ensuring that company policies and procedures are upheld.

An emphasis will be placed on maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and staff alike.

Qualifications
  • Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead, train, coach, and motivate a housekeeping team in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
  • Previous housekeeping supervisory experience in a hotel, resort, convention, theme park, or other large-scale "big box" hospitality operation preferred.
  • Experience overseeing housekeeping and laundry operations while maintaining exceptional cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction standards.
  • Proven ability to manage room attendants, house persons, public area attendants, and laundry teams while balancing productivity and quality expectations.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills with the ability to respond professionally to guest concerns and collaborate effectively with multiple departments.
  • Experience conducting room inspections, enforcing brand standards, and ensuring compliance with safety, sanitation, and operational procedures.
  • Ability to prioritize competing responsibilities, adapt to changing business demands, and perform effectively in a high-volume environment.
  • Familiarity with hotel property management systems, housekeeping tracking systems, or mobile inspection tools is a plus.
  • Resort, theme park, convention hotel, casino hotel, or full-service hotel experience is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and hospitality best practices required.

Preferred Experience
  • 2+ years of housekeeping leadership experience.
  • Experience in properties with 300+ rooms, large resort operations, convention hotels, or theme park hospitality environments preferred.
  • Proven success leading teams in high-occupancy, guest-focused operations.
