One of the largest family-owned manufacturing companies is looking for a Cybersecurity Administrator to join their team!
Our client is seeking a seeking a Cybersecurity Analyst to support security operations across our Microsoft-centric enterprise environment. This role is responsible for monitoring security events, investigating threats, coordinating remediation efforts, and helping strengthen the organization's overall cybersecurity posture.
Contract Duration: 6-Month Contract-to-Hire Opportunity
Required Skills & Experience- 3+ years of cybersecurity, security operations, or incident response experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Defender XDR or Microsoft 365 Defender.
- Experience investigating security incidents and performing threat analysis.
- Understanding of Microsoft Entra , Conditional Access, and endpoint security.
- Knowledge of TCP/IP networking fundamentals and vulnerability management.
- Monitor, investigate, and respond to security alerts and incidents.
- Conduct threat hunting using Microsoft Defender XDR and Advanced Hunting.
- Analyze endpoint, identity, email, and network security events.
- Support incident response, containment, recovery, and documentation.
- Review vulnerability assessments, prioritize findings, and coordinate remediation with IT teams.
- Monitor Thinkst Canary alerts and assist with Threat Locker policy validation.
