Position:
Litigation Paralegal (in-office)

Responsibilities:

- Manage litigation matters, including preparing pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and discovery.
- Utilize Westlaw for legal research.
- Handle a wide variety of litigation, with emphasis on commercial litigation.
- Manage and ensure quality control of electronic documents.
- Collaborate effectively with clients, attorneys, and staff.

Essential Job Functions:

- Experience:

3+ years as a personal injury litigation paralegal.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work autonomously and also collaborate effectively with a team.

Skills:

- Experience with managing litigation matters.
- Proficiency in legal research using Westlaw.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
