Job Title

The director will oversee the "Escapade Camarguaise" stay.

Double stay from July 13 to July 26.

Group size: 15 children per week.

Age range: 11 - 14 years old then 13 - 15 years old.

Staff: 2 animators including 1 SB (3 for 15).

Camping, free management.

Activities to choose from according to the educational project:
Horse riding, saltworks visit, flamingos observation, kayaking, aquarium, biking, zip-lining... in addition to the sea, the pool and team animation projects!

1 or 2 activities will be planned in advance (horse riding), the rest will be organized and animated by the pedagogical team on site in coherence with the Aroéven educational project.

The director or directoress will lead their team around a co-constructed project. With dynamism and kindness towards their team and the young, he or she has a role of accompaniment, management, and support, as well as animation!

He or she is also expected to be rigorous in administrative and financial management.

Missions:

• Design a pedagogical project that fits into popular education approaches
• Recruit the animation team and ensure their coordination during the stay
• Manage a budget and keep a rigorous accounting
• Know and implement hygiene standards (experience in free management)
• Communicate with the organizer, families, teams, children.

Experience expected:
Beginner accepted
