Operations Management, Retail & Store Manager
Position Summary
Communicate with or to individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing e.g. customers, suppliers, associates. Implement the business plan for area of responsibility by communicating goals, managing staffing and scheduling, assigning duties and coordinating workloads to achieve facility goals e.g. production, quality, safety. Monitor and manage productivity by preparing, reviewing, and analyzing business reports. Maintain quality and safety standards by ensuring associates are trained on logistics and company policies, monitoring compliance, distributing and maintaining procedures and supporting documentation.
Identify associate, customer, and supplier concerns, consult with others as needed to determine corrective action or recommendations. Supervise and develop associates and leaders by assigning duties, coordinating workloads, monitoring performance and providing feedback, teaching, supporting, and modeling company policies and procedures; identify training needs, participate in hiring, promotion, coaching, teaching, and evaluation. Build high‑performing teams that embrace diversity, create belonging, and provide opportunities for all associates to thrive and perform.

Attract, retain, and develop talent while recognizing contributions and accomplishments. The annual salary range for this position is $65,500.00 – $98,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses and may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) based on location and stock options.

Associates must attend and complete all job‑required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).
