The Millitron operator is responsible for the production of 1st quality carpet on dye ranges. This must be done safely while minimizing downtime.

• Auditing that all quality critical set‑points are correct
• Perform colorways and change‑overs according to specifications
• Running orders according to provided schedule
• Troubleshooting Millitron quality issues
• Learning how to perform Millitron DTM / control plan items
• The associate will be expected to learn and cross‑train on all Millitrons in the facility
• Pass written and demonstrated skills test for Millitron Operator
• Completion of Millitron operator demonstrated skills, beginning with tile print rover.

• Must be computer literate and able to learn computer systems quickly
• Must be able to drive a forklift
• Must have good written and verbal communication skills
• Must abide by job specific safety and maintain SHARP compliance
• Must attend ECHO team meetings and safety meetings.

The position reports to the Echo Department supervisor.
