We are expanding our fabrication capabilities and seeking a dependable, skilled Sheet Metal Fabricator & Shop Personnel to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, works well in a fast-paced shop environment, and wants to grow within a leading commercial HVAC company.

This role supports the fabrication, assembly, and preparation of sheet metal ductwork and related components for commercial HVAC projects. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and capable of producing clean, accurate work that meets Sensigreen’s standards and project specifications.
Key Responsibilities- Fabricate sheet metal ductwork, fittings, and accessories using shop equipment
- Operate brakes, shears, plasma tables, and hand tools safely and efficiently
- Read and interpret basic shop drawings, cut sheets, and fabrication lists
- Assemble duct sections, transitions, takeoffs, and specialty fittings
- Maintain shop organization, cleanliness, and inventory
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and staging materials for field crews
- Perform quality checks to ensure all fabricated components meet specifications
- Support general shop operations and assist team members as needed
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment
- Experience in sheet metal fabrication or HVAC ductwork preferred (training available)
- Ability to read basic drawings, measurements, and fabrication instructions
- Familiarity with shop tools such as brakes, shears, and hand tools
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team-oriented environment
- Valid driver’s license preferred
