Assembler, Manufacturing ​/ Production

Start your new career as a Production Worker with MAU at our client in LaGrange, GA. As a Production Worker, you will operate and maintain production equipment while supporting manufacturing goals through teamwork, training, and continuous improvement initiatives. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.

* 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM (Monday-Friday) occasional Saturdays

What We're Looking For:

* High School Diploma or GED

* Assembly experience (preferred)

* Ability to lift up to 25 lbs frequently

* Ability to stand for the duration of a 12-hour shift

* Ability to sit, walk, bend, twist, stoop, climb, balance, and reach with hands and arms

* Ability to work 12-hour shifts consistently

What You'll Do as a Production Worker:

* Operate machinery and load/unload parts

* Inspect and gauge parts for quality

* Record production and quality data

* Assist in training new operators

* Support engineering changes and new part introductions

* Maintain flexibility to work different shifts as needed

* Mentor new team members

* Identify areas for improvement and assist in implementing solutions

* Support IATF 16949 standards and escalate or stop processes involving non-conforming products

* Lift up to 25 lbs throughout the shift

* Perform additional duties as assigned
