Floor Operator

Start your new career as a Warehouse Floor Operator with MAU at Atlas Roofing in LaGrange, GA. As a Warehouse Floor Operator, you will be responsible for moving materials from the production line to the warehouse while supporting shipping, storage, and inventory processes. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with potential for permanent placement.

Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM | 2nd

Shift: 1:30 PM - 10:00 PM (Monday - Friday)

What We're Looking For:

* High school diploma or GED

* Ability to work 8-10 hour shifts, including occasional Saturdays

* Assembly experience (required)

* Ability to frequently lift 50-100 lbs

* Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, twist, stoop, climb, balance, and reach throughout the shift

* Ability to stand for the entire shift

* Forklift certification preferred

What You'll Do as a Warehouse Floor Operator:

* Move materials from the production line to the warehouse

* Stack and organize materials in the warehouse

* Track row capacity to maximize storage efficiency

* Unload incoming and finished goods materials

* Pull materials to load trucks, ensuring proper labeling and packaging

* Read and interpret pick lists for accurate order fulfillment

* Assemble edge protectors and other packaging materials

* Maintain regular and consistent attendance
